My research focuses on improving the efficacy of hyperthermia treatment exploring its basics with various advanced laboratory techniques and its synergistic effects with radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Working within a Biology Lab, I conduct experiments to enhance the therapeutic potential of hyperthermia in conjunction with radiation therapy. This involves developing innovative methodologies and integrating interdisciplinary approaches to optimize treatment outcomes for cancer patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing experiments to investigate the biological effects of hyperthermia and radiation on cancer cells.
  • Utilizing a range of laboratory techniques, including molecular biology, cell culture, and drug screening, to analyze and interpret data.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop novel hyperthermia and radiation therapy protocols and treatment planning strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting research findings at scientific conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field of cancer therapy through rigorous and innovative research.
  • Supervise and mentor Master’s students in laboratory research projects, providing guidance on experimental design, data analysis, and scientific writing.
